Reservations through our website

Your personal data is not shared with third parties or international organizations.
In compliance with the sectoral regulations, there is a series of data that must be sent to the Public Administration to fulfill the obligations that set us.
How long do we keep your data?
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are kept indefinitely. This is so that we can recognize and approve successive comments automatically instead of keeping them in a moderation queue.
Of the users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except that they cannot change their user number). Web administrators can also see and edit that information.
Regarding data with contractual and legal purposes (tax and commercial), the conservation period is 5 years. Those relating to compliance with the citizen security regulations are 4 years. Commercial data is kept for 10 years, unless you have requested its cancellation beforehand.

Cal Gabriel does not store your contact data, we only use them to contact you in the case of contact forms, room or restaurant reservations, or inquiries made. Only the data required by law will be stored, and will be deleted once the legislation allows us to do so.

Google Analytics provides us with generic navigation data for statistical use.

No user profile data.
Regulatory requirements for disclosure of information in the sector
For those staying in our establishment, the police department obliges us to register all the people who are staying. Without this express consent it is not possible to spend the night in Cal Gabriel.
